Chocolate Caliente

Ingredients

4 cups whole milk or water

Two 3-ounce tablets Mexican chocolate, broken into chunks 

Directions

  1. Combine milk or water and chocolate in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Stir continuously to completely dissolve the chocolate. Once all the chocolate has dissolved, remove from the heat. Using a hand-held blender, blend liquid until it is foamy, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
