1 head red cabbage, shredded

1 head green cabbage, shredded  

2 carrots, shredded

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

3 fennel fronds


  1. Add the cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and poppy seeds to a large bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fronds and serve.
