  1. Brown the bologna in a medium skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp around the edges. 
  2. Spread the butter on each slice of toast and brown buttered-side down in the skillet over low heat until golden and crisp. 
  3. Place 1 slice buttered-side down onto a plate and spread with 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise. Add the bologna, mixed greens and tomato slices. Spread mayonnaise on the non-buttered side of the other slice of toast and close the sandwich.
