Cowboy Baked Beans

1 package bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces 

1 large yellow onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup brown sugar 

3/4 cup ketchup 

1/2 cup molasses 

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 

Two 20-ounce cans baked beans 


  1. Combine the bacon and onions in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until the bacon is cooked through and crisp. Stir in the sugar until caramelized, and then mix in the ketchup, molasses, Worcestershire sauce and beans. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
