4 ounces chardonnay

1 ounce melon-flavored rum

2 slices fresh mango, plus more for garnish

2 slices fresh pineapple

2 slices Asian pear

1 wedge lemon

Splash of simple syrup, to taste

Ice, as needed


  1. Combine the chardonnay, rum, mango, pineapple, Asian pear, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake to release fruit essences but not to bruise the fruits. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a mango wedge, and serve.
