  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the milk and butter in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Combine the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the milk mixture and stir until just combined. Sprinkle the macaroons, blueberries, mango, and chocolate chips over the batter. Sprinkle the cream cheese evenly over the top. Bake until the top is golden brown, about 55 minutes. Serve with ice cream if you like.
