Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted water
  • 1 pound frozen organic peas or desired vegetable

Directions

In steamer, bring unsalted water to a boil and add the frozen peas to a steamer basket. Steam for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and puree the peas in a blender. Place the puree into ice cube trays and freeze. Defrost as needed.
