Ingredients

  • Bunch of fresh coriander or cilantro, tied
  • 1 (750ml) bottle of Asti spumante, chilled (recommended: Martini and Rossi's Asti Spumanti)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions

Slightly bruise the coriander.

In a pitcher, combine the coriander with a very chilled bottle of spumante, and add the freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir well.
