2 (3-ounce/90 g) pork sausages, casings removed or bulk
8 slices of country bread, sliced
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, mix the stracchino cheese and sausages into a paste. Generously spread the mixture on each slice of bread. Place the bread on a parchment paper- lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
