Frullati Cantaloupe

Ingredients

2 cups cubed cantaloupe

1 Persian cucumber, cut into chunks 

1 peach, pitted and cut into chunks 

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 

Juice of 1/2 lemon 

1 tablespoon honey, optional 

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, cucumber, peach, basil, lemon juice, and honey if using. Add 3/4 cup cold water and 6 ice cubes, and blend for 1 full minute. Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
