1 pound cremini mushrooms, quartered

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 

1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh rosemary 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Combine the mushrooms, oil, garlic and rosemary on a baking sheet and season well with salt and pepper. Roast until soft, tossing halfway through, about 10 minutes.
