Ingredients

  • 1 pound cremini mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh rosemary 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Combine the mushrooms, oil, garlic and rosemary on a baking sheet and season well with salt and pepper. Roast until soft, tossing halfway through, about 10 minutes.
