Use a small round cookie cutter to cut out rounds of cake.
Frost the inside of each cone.
Be sure to get frosting in the very bottom of the cone.
Put one piece of cake in the bottom of the cone. Add a layer of frosting.
Keep layering cake and frosting to the top of the cone.
Frost the top of the cone to look like a scoop of ice cream.
Top with sprinkles.
