Special equipment: a waffle maker
Cook the dough ball on a preheated waffle maker until it's a golden-brown waffle, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the waffle to a serving plate and dust it with cinnamon-sugar. Roll the ice cream ball in the crunchy cereal to make it "fried," and plop that crunchified ice cream ball right on top of the waffle. Garnish with a little dollop of whipped cream and some sliced strawberries. Drizzle the whole thing with the caramel.
