2 cups sesame oil

1 cup unseasoned rice vinegar 

1/2 cup high-quality fish sauce, such as Three Crabs

1/4 cup soy sauce 

1 tablespoon mirin 

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes 

4 cloves garlic, minced


  1. Combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce, mirin, red pepper flakes and garlic in a bowl and whisk thoroughly to fully incorporate. Use as a marinade or vinaigrette.
