Special equipment:
a star-shaped cookie cutter; a food writer pen
  1. Begin by tracing sheets of rice paper with a star-shape cookie cutter and a food writer pen. Cut them out with scissors.
  2. Submerge one star in a bowl with warm water for about 15 seconds. Place it on a plate and add the kiwi. Submerge another star into the water, wait 15 seconds and place it on top of the first star. Press the edges until they stick together. Repeat with the rest of the stars and fruit. Serve with blackberry sauce.
