BOURBON CREAM

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl cream together the butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in the flour and bourbon, and fold in the walnuts and chocolate. Pour into the pie shell. Bake until golden brown, for about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve each piece of the pie with the Bourbon Cream.

BOURBON CREAM

Yield: 3 cups
  1. In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form. Serve immediately.
