3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1/4 small onion, chopped

1/2 jalapeno, seeded and stemmed

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Combine the cilantro leaves, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste in a mini food processor and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. Serve as a condiment.
