Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and stemmed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine the cilantro leaves, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste in a mini food processor and blend until the desired consistency is reached.

Serve as a condiment.
