1 zucchini, cut into individual strips about 1-inch by 4-inch
Oil for frying
2 cups Mariana sauce, hot
1/2 cup of garlic aioli
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
