Raspberry Bellini

4 fresh raspberries, for garnish

1/2 ounce or 1 tablespoon framboise (raspberry-flavored liqueur)

3 ounces or 6 tablespoons Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine, chilled


  1. Place the raspberries in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Add the framboise and fill the glass with the Prosecco and serve.
