Truffle Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked until fork tender, hot

4 tablespoons truffle butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

Drizzle of truffle oil

Salt and white pepper

Directions

  1. Mash the potatoes until smooth. Stir in the truffle butter and cream and mash until incorporated. Season the potatoes with a drizzle of truffle oil, salt and white pepper.
