Ingredients

8 ounces enenue fillet, skin removed, diced

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili oil

1 teaspoon sriracha

1/2 avocado, diced

Salt

1/4 cup tobiko

3 green onions, whites removed, sliced

Directions

  1. Mix together the fish, mayonnaise, sesame oil, chili oil, sriracha, avocado and some salt in a large mixing bowl until fully incorporated. Garnish with the tobiko and green onions and serve immediately.
