Fennel and Manchego Burger with Lemon Aioli

1 fennel bulb, halved, cored, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil 

4 hamburger buns

Lemon aioli

4 cooked ground beef patties 


Manchego cheese, sliced


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the fennel slices until golden and crispy.
  2. Toast the hamburger buns, then spread with lemon aioli. Add the burgers and top with arugula, fennel and cheese.
