Green Tea Mojito

Ingredients

8 Large fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving

1 cup ice

3 ounces Lamill Coffee Green Mystique Tea (brewed in advance in a 17-ounce tea pot, 2 teaspoons/10 g tea, steep for 3 1/2 minutes)

1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) freshly squeezed lime juice

3 ounces simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)

2 ounces club soda

Directions

  1. Muddle mint leaves and ice in a cocktail shaker. Add green tea, lime juice and simple syrup into the shaker and shake well. Pour into a glass and top off with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve with a big smile!
