Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 small can pineapple juice
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup rice vinegar or 1 cup cider vinegar
  • Pork Chops:
  • 3 (12 ounce) pork chops, double thick
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all glaze ingredients, bring to a simmer and cook until reduced. Rub chops with salt and pepper to season. 

Grill pork chops for about 6 minutes on each side or until done. Top with glaze and serve with steamed rice.
