Grilled Pork Chops with Pineapple Glaze

2 teaspoons grated ginger

1/2 cup chopped green onion

1 small can pineapple juice

1 cup chopped pineapple

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup honey

1 cup rice vinegar or 1 cup cider vinegar

Pork Chops:

3 (12 ounce) pork chops, double thick

Salt and pepper


  1. Combine all glaze ingredients, bring to a simmer and cook until reduced. Rub chops with salt and pepper to season. 
  2. Grill pork chops for about 6 minutes on each side or until done. Top with glaze and serve with steamed rice.
