Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, Frenched
  • 1 cup store-bought (jarred) hoisin sauce

Directions

Marinate the pork chops in 1/2 cup of hoisin sauce for 30 minutes. Preheat a grill. Place the pork chops on the hot grill and cook the pork chops, turning frequently and basting with the remaining hoisin sauce on each side until the pork is cooked through, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
