Ingredients

Herb Mayo:

1 cup mayonnaise

1 handful parsley 

1 scallion, sliced

Salt 

Hamburgao:

2 strips bacon, chopped

1 egg

1 slice ham 

5 ounces beef sirloin, sliced thin 

Salt and garlic powder (mix equally 50/50)

1 kaiser roll, split

1 tablespoon canned corn kernels 

1 slice tomato 

1 leaf green lettuce 

1/2 ounce potato sticks, such as Herr's 

1 slice provolone 

1 slice mozzarella cheese 

Directions

  1. For the herb mayo: Puree the mayonnaise, parsley, scallion and some salt in a blender. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. For the hamburgao: Cook the bacon in a saute pan or on a flat-top griddle. When halfway done, crack the egg into the pan, and add the ham and sirloin. Sprinkle some of the salt-garlic powder mixture over the egg and meat. Flip the egg over the bacon.
  3. Lay the ham over the sirloin, bacon and egg. Top with the provolone and mozzarella and let the cheeses melt.
  4. Assemble the sandwich while the cheese melts. Spread some herb mayo on both sides of the kaiser roll. On the bottom half, place the corn and tomato. When the cheese is melted, use a spatula to transfer the contents of the saute pan to the roll. Top with the lettuce, then the potato sticks and the roll top. Serve.
