Ingredients

4 waffle-style ice cream cones

Peanut butter chips, for filling 

Mini marshmallows, for filling

Mini chocolate chips, for filling

Sliced strawberries, for filling

Sliced bananas, for filling 

Chopped walnuts or other nuts, for filling 

Sweetened shredded coconut, for filling

Caramel sauce, for drizzling

Directions

  1. Fill the waffle cones with your favorite toppings and then wrap each cone tightly with foil. Place near the edge of a campfire and heat indirectly for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Carefully unwrap the cones and serve.

Cook’s Note

Alternatively, bake the foil-wrapped cones in a 350-degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
