Ingredients

1 cup ice

1/2 cup almond milk 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

1/8 teaspoon salt 

2 to 3 dates, pitted

1 banana

Directions

  1. Combine the ice, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, dates and banana in a high-powered blender and process until smooth. If too thick, add water until you reach the desired consistency. Drink immediately, or refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours.
