Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 to 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 banana

Directions

Combine the ice, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, dates and banana in a high-powered blender and process until smooth. If too thick, add water until you reach the desired consistency. Drink immediately, or refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours.
