Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste 
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon chile-garlic paste 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 1 large clove garlic, chopped 
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil 

Directions

In a blender, combine the shallots, miso, vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, chile-garlic paste, pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Blend well. With the motor running, slowly pour in the peanut oil; mix well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
