4 ounces Parmesan


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate the Parmesan into a bowl. Drop 3 tablespoons of the Parmesan onto the baking sheet in piles with 3-inch diameters. Repeat until you have 8 piles of Parmesan. Arrange with your fingers into small circles. Bake until melted but not bubbling, 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
