Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags
  • 2 star anise pods
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Steep the tea bags and star anise pods in 8 cups of hot water for 8 minutes. Take out the star anise pods and tea bags and discard. When cool, add the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk. Serve over ice.
