Ingredients

  • 15 cucumber slices
  • 6 ounces dark rum, such as Zacapa 23 years old
  • 4 ounces lime juice
  • 4 ounces bitter orange liqueur, such as Aperol
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 4 cups ice
  • Club soda, for topping
  • Salt

Directions

Add 10 of the cucumber slices to a pitcher and muddle. Add the rum, lime juice, liqueur and simple syrup. Add the ice and stir. Strain into a small punch bowl filled with large chunks of ice. Top with club soda and garnish with the remaining cucumber slices and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
