Isle of Manhattan Fizz

2 ounces coconut puree

1 ounce gin

1 ounce silver rum

1/2 ounce lime juice, plus lime zest for garnish

1/2 ounce pineapple juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

4 dashes orange flower water

Ice, for chilling

Cub soda

Pineapple wedge, for garnish


  1. Combine the puree, gin, rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, simple syrup and flower water in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake, and then stain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with the pineapple wedge and lime zest.
