Ingredients

One 21- to 24-inch-long fresh Atlantic City sub roll

2 tablespoons blended oil

14 slices salami 

13 slices cotechino

8 slices capicola 

8 slices provolone

Shredded lettuce, for topping

Sliced onions, for topping

Sliced tomatoes, for topping

Hot pepper relish, for topping

Dried oregano, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Slice the roll lengthwise and remove a small amount of excess bread from the center with your fingers. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the blended oil on the bread and layer the salami, cotechino, capicola and provolone. Top with some lettuce, onions, tomatoes, relish, a sprinkle of oregano and the remaining tablespoon oil. Slice in half and serve.
