Meanwhile, toast the garlic in a small skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the butter and cook until melted. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the soy sauce, mustard and Worcestershire. Mix until well combined.
Brush the salmon with the glaze, and then place in the grill pan, skin-side down. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes. Brush the salmon with more glaze; flip, cover, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the grill pan and brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
