1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced

1/2 head red cabbage, thinly sliced 

1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced 

2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

1 tablespoon white vinegar 

2 teaspoons sugar 

Salt and ground black pepper 

Salt and ground black pepper


  1. Combine the green cabbage, red cabbage and the onions in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar and sugar. Add the dressing to the cabbage and toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
