1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

2 teaspoons chopped and peeled fresh ginger

1/4 cup plain low-fat (1-percent) yogurt

2 cubes ice


  1. In blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, orange juice, ginger, yogurt, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, scraping down side of container occasionally.
