  • 1 bunch cilantro, with stems
  • 1 serrano chile, roughly chopped 
  • 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves 
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins 
  • 2 teaspoons roughly chopped fresh ginger 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 


Combine the cilantro, serrano chile, mint, raisins, ginger, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until fully combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Thin the consistency with up to 1/2 cup water, if necessary.
