Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup baby spinach, rinsed
  • 3/4 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into small dice
  • 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup vinaigrette
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Combine the pasta, spinach, tomatoes, avocado and garbanzo beans in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss. Top with the feta cheese and serve.
