Veggie Pasta Salad and Pint-Sized Pasta Salad

1 1/2 cups cooked pasta

1 cup baby spinach, rinsed

3/4 cup grape tomatoes

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into small dice

1/2 cup garbanzo beans, drained

1/3 cup vinaigrette

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled


  1. Combine the pasta, spinach, tomatoes, avocado and garbanzo beans in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss. Top with the feta cheese and serve.
