Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground Kobe beef (see Cook's Note)
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • Pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil 
  • Your favorite burger buns, for serving
  • Serving suggestions: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard

Directions

Break up the beef in a large bowl. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the seasoning salt, 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt and 1 teaspoon pepper; mix well. Form the mixture into four patties.

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with the grapeseed oil. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 6 minutes per side for medium-well, or 10 minutes per side for well done.

Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.

Cook's Note

If you can't find Kobe beef, any 80/20 ground beef is a great option.
