4 scoops local vanilla ice cream

8 cups freshly brewed Kona coffee

Directions

  1. Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream into 4 coffee mugs and pour about 2 cups of hot coffee into each. The ice cream serves as the milk and sweetener in this Hawaiian version of an affogato.
