  • 1 pound cold lobster meat, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 slices your favorite bread, for serving 
  • Lettuce, for serving 


Mix together the lobster, mayonnaise and celery in a bowl. Serve on the bread with fresh lettuce.
