2 ounces bay-leaf-infused gin

1/2 ounce lemon juice

1/2 ounce kosher dill pickle juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

Ice, for chilling

Celery soda

2 baby kosher dill pickles on a cocktail skewer, for garnish

Pinch savory/seasoning salt


  1. Combine the gin, lemon juice, pickle juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake together and strain into a collins glass over ice and top with celery soda. Garnish with baby kosher dill pickles and sprinkle with your favorite savory salt.
