1 cup low-fat yogurt

1 cup mango pulp*

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup crushed ice

Mango chunks


  1. Place the yogurt, mango pulp, water, crushed ice, and mango chunks in a blender and puree until very smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve right away.
