Maple Honey Vinaigrette

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons maple honey

1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, grated


  1. Whisk together the oil, maple honey, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a small bowl and serve over a bed of mesclun greens.
