Ingredients

  • 2 cups roughly chopped fresh pineapple
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

Directions

Put the pineapple, water, vanilla, and sugar in a blender and process until smooth. Strain into a pitcher, pressing on the solids, to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids. Check the flavor, adding more sugar, if necessary. Serve chilled over ice.
