Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup milk
  • 32 ounces processed cheese loaf, such as Velveeta, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • One-10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles, such as Ro-Tel Original
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions
