Directions

  1. Wings:
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Place wings on a sheet tray in an even layer. Coat the wings with Caribbean seasoning. Bake the wings in the oven for 15 minutes.Heat 1 gallon of vegetable oil in a home fryer or large pot to 375 degrees F. Fry wings (in batches of 5) in oil until crisp, about 3 minutes per batch.
  3. Glaze:
  4. Mix all glaze ingredients and toss with wings. Serve with carrots, celery sticks and ranch dressing.
