Ingredients

3 cups ice

2 cups Campari

1 cup Italian sweet vermouth

1 cup Italian dry vermouth

2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon aromatic bitters (recommended: Angostura)

8 thin orange slices

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher mix the ice, Campari, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, orange juice, and bitters.
  2. Rub the inside of 8 martini glasses with an orange slice. Pour the drink into the glasses and garnish each glass with an orange slice. Serve immediately.
