Ingredients

1/2-ounce apple brandy (recommended: Calvados)

1 tablespoon agave nectar

2 ounces sparkling cider, chilled

Nectar champagne, chilled

Cinnamon sugar, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the brandy, agave and cider. Strain into a champagne flute, top with nectar champagne and garnish with cinnamon sugar.
